Design is where all of our efforts come together to craft your users experience and perception of your organisation, it is the marriage of information architecture, planning and careful analysis with the aesthetic. During the design phase we focus on creating a brilliant mobile experience.
User Experience Design
We believe that in design, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, we quickly iterate through concepts and constantly distill the design until it is clean and simple to interact with. We obsess over the detail in colour, interactivity and typography. The design phase is where ideas become reality, we turn sketches and wire-frames into full shiny graphical masterpieces by working closely with you and moving through a number of iterations until we have exceeded the brief.
Persona Creation
Personas that represent the different demographics of your users', their goals, motivations and abilities. At this stage, we will create the high level information architecture for the project and create low-fidelity sketches/wire-frames. With this information in mind, we are able to think about how users will interact with the interface from a functional perspective, proving the user interfaces that we create aren't just a pretty face.
Scenario / Task Analysis
Based on your users' goals we will also act out various scenarios and tasks that users complete on the mobile experience, by understanding your user personas and typical tasks which they will need to complete you are well on your way towards crafting an effective user experience. Scenario and task analysis can also help to eliminate any potential user experience problems.
